OUR MISSION AND VISION
Pretics Global Pte Ltd was founded in 2012 in a prosperous island nation of Singapore located in South East Asia with its research and development team headquartered in New York City. Our strategy is to collaborate with locals and assist them to bring Pretics out in a manner that is most relevant and beneficial in a localised context.
We hope the widespread use of Pretics as a means of understanding others will effectively avoid conflict, resolve tensions, and bring back the true core values of interpersonal relationships. Ultimately restoring respect, trust, and honor in people, no matter what they do.
In order to achieve our vision, we had so far collaborated with local partners in Singapore, United States of America, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar to bring Pretics to the public. With each local partner using Pretics to value add into their existing service and offerings, we had created a triple-win situation for us all.
And we are not done yet, we are opened to a huge range of collaboration in commercial, public, or non-profits sectors to extend our outreach. JOSEPH GREEN, Ph.D.
Dr. Joseph Green is the founder of Pretics with his innovate approach to merge big data predictive technology and consumer psychology. He is also an advocate in using sales and marketing strategies based on consumers’ personalities. He is also known for advising Fortune 500 companies for over thirty years. His modas operandi has always been to put customers first and understand them before crafting any plans.
HO WAN JIN, Ph.D.
Dr. Ho is the founder of the HEAT strategy. A strategy he specifically designed from the ground up to benefit sales professionals, entreprenuers, and network marketers. In fact, those who need to interact with people and get their point across on a day-to-day basis will find it extremely valuable. He is also a proponent in the art of persuasion through understanding personalities.

A SHORT HISTORY
As the world moves into a digital era, more and more people leave digital trails in the digital world. These data, although not indexed by search engines, can be mined to reconstruct entire personalities. Project Aries, a government funded project is created to decipher individuals’ personalities from these data.
Project Aries requires a huge personality dataset for analysis. Big 5 personality assessment is selected as the tool of choice due to its data-driven research. Big 5 assessments are carried out in many different countries to ensure the personalities derived from the algorithm is as accurate as possible.
Fast forward to today, using Project Aries as a cornerstone, we expanded and extended the research to specifically address real-life business applications and decode personalities of individuals. As e-commerce gained traction and starts to get more widespread, corporations discover the values of knowing consumers’ behaviours.
Not only do corporations want to appear where their target market are and how to attract them, they also wanted their sales personnel to know and address how they think and act to increase sales.
